1. Services

Campus to Career (C2C) provides career coaching services including resume review, interview preparation, LinkedIn optimization, and related guidance. Services are educational and developmental in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Results

C2C does not guarantee employment, internship placement, academic admission, or specific outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, experience, and external factors beyond our control.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

3. Payment & Fees

Session fees are due prior to each scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered.

Rescheduling policies are outlined in the Coaching Agreement provided to clients.

4. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. Clients agree to participate actively and provide accurate information. C2C is not responsible for decisions made by the client before, during, or after coaching sessions.

5. Confidentiality

Coaching sessions are confidential and will not be disclosed without written consent, unless required by law.

6. Minors

For clients under 18 years of age, parental or guardian awareness and consent may be required prior to services being delivered.

7. Intellectual Property​

All materials, templates, frameworks, and resources provided by C2C remain the intellectual property of Campus to Career (C2C) and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus to Career (C2C) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of coaching services or website content.

9. Governing Law​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

10. Changes to Terms​

C2C reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
