After more than 25 years leading teams, hiring talent, and developing professionals, I had the opportunity to work with people at every stage of their careers. Along the way, I developed a passion for helping others recognize their strengths, explore opportunities, and grow with confidence.
I created Campus to Career (C2C) to support students during one of the most exciting transitions of their lives. Through coaching, C2C helps students gain clarity, build confidence, and navigate the transition from campus to career with greater purpose and direction.

About the Founder
Campus to Career was created by Heather Goldsmith, a corporate leader with 25+ years of experience building teams and mentoring professionals.
Throughout her career, Heather worked closely with employees at different stages of development, helping them understand expectations, strengthen their professional positioning, and grow into leadership roles.
Campus to Career brings that same thoughtful, structured mentorship to students preparing for internships and early career opportunities.
