Hi, I’m Heather Goldsmith and I believe career decisions have the power to shape far more than our work. They shape our confidence, our direction, and the opportunities we create for ourselves.

I’m a career coach, mentor, and former corporate leader with more than 25 years of experience hiring, developing, onboarding, and leading people at different stages of their careers.

Through Campus to Career, I work with students, recent graduates, early professionals, and adults navigating career exploration, internships, job searches, workplace decisions, and career transitions.
